History

Established in 1999, VISIONknit began with a goal to knit revolutionary new technical textiles. The Furniture Industry was the first industry to recognize the value of VISIONknit's truly innovative and creative design capabilities. The industry had also recognized the benefits of knitting individual pieces which resulted in shop floor labour savings, significant material waste savings, and additional benefits associated with moving to a Just-In-Time production strategy.
